3 Minutes with Javan

I think children are the hardest, yet most fun thing to photograph for me. For those who think it's all talent that gets good photos of your kids, I think you're wrong. In my experience, I think it's a combination of talent, timing, a fast camera, the child being in a good mood, and most importantly, patience. I recently flew down to Oklahoma for a wedding in which my recently acquired nephew was the ring bearer in. I took him aside to a window to try and get a good smile out of him. Here's what we came up with in a 3 minute time span:
